  • We are sorry to inform you that, at this moment we are experiencing some issues with the network connectivity in our Wakefield DC due to which few of the servers are affected.

    Our Sr network engineers are  already working on the issue, the issue will get resolved shorty. We will keep you posted regarding the status as soon as we get further information.

Stratos Upgrade Planned Maintenance (Resolved)

  • Affecting Server - Stratos
  • We will be performing a planned server upgrade of the Stratos server on 31 July 2016 commencing 19:00hrs.  The Stratos server has been in service for the past 4 years and is starting to show some signs of wear, so in order to continue to provide the best service that we can we have invested in new hardware and will be upgrading you to the new Tesla server, this is approx 4 times the spec of Stratos so we should see a massive improvement in speed.

    We will commence data copy at 19:00hrs, this will take approx 5 hours to complete, at this time we will change the DNS over to pick up the new server, whilst DNS switches from one server to the other you may experience some downtime of websites and email services, we will though aim to keep any disruption to a minimum, so please inform your clients/forums etc that your site is undergoing planned maintenance.

    We will be keeping our announcements page at http://www.eezee-web.co.uk/announcements.php up to date with the progress of the transfer, so please use this as the first port of call for information.  Should you experience any difficulties after the migration has been completed then can we ask that a support ticket be opened via your client area, our team will then address any issues you may have.
